Chair rail height?

Hi, I don't have a bus yet, but am working on plans for furniture, and was wondering if someone can grab a tape measure real quick and let me know the height of the chair rail. I'm not sure if it is different for different makes, but close enough is good enough for me at this stage.

On my Bluebird its 11 1/4 inches from the steel floor to the chair rail.
