Clear or White "Kool Coat"

I'm preparing to roll a Kool coat on top of a 1988 Ford B700 that will eventually be a mobile farmers market. Been hearing from different sources that one is better than the other and vice versa. From what I can tell, the only advantage to the clear stuff is the ability to paint your regular color underneath?

Thoughts? Thanks!

White will always reflect more heat. There is at least one clear that is used as a sealer to help keep the white (or other colors) clean.
