So can anyone tell me how to start removing the ceiling panels from a Crown bus?

Why?

You have A LOT of rivets to drill out, then you have to consider how you'll fill the resultant gaps above the wiring chases over the side windows. Think very carefully before taking down the ceiling, because there's no going back if you change your mind later.

Rivets What Rivets?

So that seems to be t of my problem, I don't have any rivets holding the roof panels up, they seem to be some sort of standing seam.
