DIY Composting Toilet with Agitator?

Has anyone seen or successfully built a diy composting toilet with a built in agitator? We have been using our DIY setup for about 4 months now, equipped with urine diverter. We have a single 5 gallon bucket for solids, and have found peat moss to work well between uses, but I think things could work a lot better if we had an agitator to stir things up a bit, much like a Natures Head does. I am curious if anyone out there has come up with a good diy solution.

Thanks

I haven't fully wrapped my head around how you empty one with an agitator stuck inside it, but here's a very nicely crafted one made by a member of the forum...

Thanks. That one is pretty elaborate! lol. I am thinking of something more like a simple Z shaped metal rod that spins within the 5 gal bucket...

I need glasses........

I had to look at the title of this thread closely to read "agitator". My brain kept seeing "alligator"...

I kept thinking: My composting toilet is just fine as it is... I don't think I want an alligator in it......
