Well, If its a rare body type, or its still in mostly good working order. I remember Macgyver having a house fire and his Bus burned. I am pretty sure that someone bought it from him. From what I remember, it only needed some minor cleaning, new windows, and some new hoses/rubber parts.

It's a front engine, school bus. Everything of value appears to have been pretty well cooked.

To answer the question, yes Thomas buses have great heat

Nothing rare about that model. If it's structurally sound it could be rebuilt with used parts and sold for export, but the structure would be questionable after that much fire damage. I saw a bus cooked slightly more than that with a sagging roof - the fire was hot enough to bend the steel.

I've seen & driven a 1998 TC1000 rebuilt after a fire.
