Drivers seat

Any suggestion on where the drivers seat needs to be bolted at? Yes i know behind the steering wheel. Any regulations that i need to follow? Also, with bolts that run clear through the body pan, there is no thermal break..i thought about grommets, rubber washers, but i dont believe they would work..

I don’t think the lack of a thermal break in 4 bolts (my seat has 4) will make enough of a difference to be noticeable. My opinion anyway.
