Driver's Seat: Trash? Keep? Repairable?

So, I pulled this beauty out the other day. It doesn't work, and I don't know why. Although, I haven't taken the time to really inspect it. The air doesn't fill up properly is my only observation. What's your take? Would I better off replacing it?

A brand new air ride seat is around $600 or so.
I got a barely used one at a garage sale for $100. See what you can find.

Checking out some local truck dealers to see what I can find used. Salvage yards too. I really want to avoid purchasing something new if possible.

hook it up to the air line and test before u toss it. There are plenty of air seats in the transet busses, and trucks in the salvage yards that work properly. They are not big sellers like the engines, etc., The last one i got I got for free ...

Those things are pretty simple. Valves and little air bags. Easy fix, but did you have the correct air pressure to it?
