Durham School Services?

I just discovered Durham School Services, who bill themselves as the third largest school bus operator in the land. (After Laidlaw and First Student, I would think.) Has anyone bought a bus from them? On their web site they say they don't sell busses, but I don't know if they mean that they are not a new-bus dealer, or that they don't retail their cast-offs.
