Electrical Job offered:) Florida

I'm here in Sarasota, Florida (hour south of tampa)!
We're at the point in our conversion where we're beefing up our electrical system! My wife had an idea, instead of paying someone local we'd hire someone on here to do it. If anyone is interested and very experienced in AC/DC electrical work we'd love to help out a fellow skoolie and also get to travel a little bit. The closer to us the better!

Bare with me in my primitive understanding so far!

What we have:
30 amp shore power
circuit breaker box with two 20 amp breakers.
Lots of wiring in the bus.
One rooftop AC (13,500 btu)

What we'd like:
-50 amp upgrade
-larger breaker box with multiple breaker slots
-a second roof top AC in other emergency hatch (run one at a time, but why not have the option for two in Florida. Wife's orders).
3 way: gen, inverter, shore power

What I've purchased:
5500 watt onan gen (bought two of them for $500 and bartered full servicing in exchange for the other)
2 deep cycle batteries (run fans for pups, fridge, when gone) will add more later
1500 inverter

What I'm willing to do:
Listen to all and any input!
Pay a fair price for quality work
Purchase remaining material (50 amp cord, wire, breakers, boxes, receptacles, transfer switch, etc).

If you're thinking: this guy typed too much bullshit, I've done probably too much research. I'd like solar one day, but I think this power will do us plenty on our 4 month trip.

I'd also be interested instead of going 50 amp upgrade fully, to adding a 20 amp leg to the second AC.
