I noticed a dramatic decrease in offenders when I posted my property with signs stating "No Trespassing, Survivors Will Be Prosecuted"...Haven't been to court (yet), and Local Law Enforcement hasn't said "Boo!" either.

Oh yeah...there haven't been any funerals either (in case you were wondering).
