Floating floor and cabinetry

I've seen both but would like a general consensus... Build cabinetry and built-ins first and then install wood flooring cut around built-ins OR full floor with cabinetry and built-ins on top?

Thank you!

Ross

...let me add. I have a small 26 passenger school bus. So cost is minimal and I see it easier to put in flooring without having to cut around a lot of built-ins but it's not really floating if your building walls on the stuff.

Opinions?

i do not know the answer here.... in my bus i did it both ways.

the flooring first under the cabinets looks better than butting up and end against the cabinet. sweeps and cleans easier too.

i didn't mind putting a few screws through the floating floor to anchor the cabinets.

I'd do the flooring first, as well.
