??Floor and Sub Floor??

Good day to you all!!! I was looking at an auction and in the details it says "needs new floor". They are referring to the wooden part under the black rubber. That shouldn't deter me from buying it, right? Won't that all be removed anyway? Thoughts and opinions welcomed.

If they are referring to the plywood/rubber mat, as you say, then I would want to know if there are holes in the sheet metal flooring under the plywood, or if the plywood degradation is caused from within the cabin.

Thanks for the advice guys. It's too far away to inspect thoroughly I'll pass on this one. I couldn't run the risk of the "soft spots" in the floor being rusted through.
