I don't think so - the Tommies I've seen from that era have square corners on the bottom of the windshield, and they're round on this bus, like a Carpenter body.
It looks like a Wayne body to me because I don't see any vertical panel separations down the sides...AmTrans of the same vintage look very similar though.
I think it looks like a Wayne too. Definately not a BB, Thomas or Ward. I like the Fords even though they are ugly, I latched onto mine because of the 5.9. You can buy reman 5.9 Cummins all day long for under 3k and running takeouts are very plentiful and cheap, try to find a running DT466 under 3k let alone a reman. The price seems a little high, for a reference I paid 2500 (too much for mine) which I think would be fair on this bus if it is really under 100k. Go to the guy, wad up $2k in $50 bills, put them in a brown paper bag and show him your offer. 40 $50 bills will look like a ton. Then keep a little extra in your back pocket just in case.
If it is in fact a 66 passenger Wayne you will have 28 feet from the rear wall to an imaginary wall behind the driver's seat and it will be 87 inches from seat rail to seat rail, 90 inches total inside.
Whether you're buying that particular bus or another one, I'm excited to see you finally have the opportunity to grab one! : It's very exciting, isn't it?!
