Fresh, grey, and black water tank size. what do you have?

Hi Tour DE Home,
There are two of us, one man one woman. We have a 95 gallon fresh water, a 65 gallon gray water and a 35 gallon black water tanks. With an outside shower with another water source, The tanks last two weeks. Taking showers in the bus, the tanks last for one week +.

Single full-timer with a 70-gallon freshwater tank, 60-gallon graywater tank.
Showering every other day, dishes every day, but no laundry washing, my tanks last 1.5 - 2 weeks before needing attention.

I have a 60 gallon fresh water tank under the bed, and a pair of 35 gallon B&G waste tanks underneath my storage bay (still have 12" clearance under the tanks). I'm single and full time too, but I have a sewer hook-up where I'm at so I generally leave the gray tank open, empty the black tank once a week (more if need be).

I lived in a little travel trailer this past summer for four months as I was working out of town, (working to pay for my conversion) I had a 15 gallon fresh water tank. Now I wasn't drinking the water but I showered every day, shutting the water off as I lathered up, and I used it for cooking. I stretched the water to four days... usually. I then figured if I had 50 gallons a week for two of us using water conservatively then 200 gallons would get us to our goal of refilling once a month or so. I bought four 65 gallon tanks with one to be used for grey water. No black water, composting toilet takes care of the fertilizer. Still converting so I don't know how it will do practically but thats my logic.
