Good looking setup?

Hey Guys,

First post other than intro. Would appreciate any feedback on the below:

The wife and I are looking hard at this 1993 GMC. Its got a 3116 long block Cat with 20k miles on it (rebuilt). Body has 189k. Allison 545 Transmission.

It also looks like there's a retarder installed. Couldn't find any branding on it. Can someone confirm?

Also has storage compartments on either side. 36ft long. Looks like only minor surface rust. Tires look great. Turned over immediately. Broken driver's side windshield.

Asking 6k which, initially, I thought was far too high, but because the tires are great, the body is in good shape, and the cat has so few miles on it, it sounds more reasonable.

Looks like a Telma retarder.

Cats aren't bad engines, but be warned, you can *ONLY* get parts at a Cat dealer, and they tend to be a good bit more expensive.
