don't know if you figured this out yet but my used school bus came to me already with a Florida title indicating it already as a "MotorHome" - VA DMV then just punched out a title with the same designation as a MH. I can ask the dealer how they did that on their FL end if you like.
I just last night found the Affidavit for title change on the Ohio BMV website. Simple form, has you swear there are non-removable bed, cooking facilities, table and seating, and a fridge or an icebox. I'd try the VA website.

Its a simple affadavit you submit to FL. Its REALLY easy.
I can't believe BGA do that though- as a motor vehicle dealer they totally shouldn't lie to the state.
