How did you Patch Light Holes??

Just wondering how you guys patched your Flasher Light Holes??

Back it with Sheet Iron and Tack it?

FRP circles screwed on, with 3m 5200 chaulk liberally applied. Someday I'll do a better 'fix. Someday.

right now i have metal panel screwed over them.. however, that cause its winter... proper way it to make a 18 ga circle and mig weld them in... when i make a slide out i will get around to that..

replaced the lens with clear ones. other wise would have skinned over with sheet metal screwed and sealed

I can get a 4' x 10' of 18ga Sheet Iron for $62.32 here in Houston. I think I'll cut the two circles out in one larger rectangular piece and then use that as a template to cut my 18Ga Sheet Iron... tack it in and then do the body work from there... I can sell the remaining 18ga Sheet Iron on Craigslist or hang on to it for future use.

I've got some sheet iron - I'm going to go in through the Front First Aid Kit door and put some coupons behind the holes... tack them in weld them out then smooth it out.
