How do you keep your back door (on the bus) open?

Lots of different "Open" latches out there. Here is a good one (I'll take metal over plastic any day)...

Mine had the one hinge with a large circular rubber grommet on it to keep it from opening to far and smashing the lights.

I just removed that and it stays all the way open now. If not I would just add a little metal hook on both inside and outside with a small bungee cord.

We have a back deck built on so we just set something on the deck in the way of the door, or bungee it to the railing. Before the deck was on we removed the pin that kept the door from crashing into the tail lights and then we could lean it all the way open, but you have to be careful because you could smash the lights or the back windows.
