My space for this is pretty tight since I'm building a bulkhead wall just behind it. So whatever space I devote to leaning back gets subtracted from my living space. These seats are just so that people riding along don't die in an accident - I don't want to actually encourage anybody to ride along.
Plus, the fixed ones seem a
lot cheaper which is nice. Apparently there's also a variety of double seat which is only 31" wide. I'm going to get one of these if I can, or possibly even just a single seat.
Your comment about reusing bolts made me laugh, since I had to cut the heads off of all my rusted bolts to get the seats out.
I've been meaning to ask here where to get proper new bolts, nuts and washers for these seats.
