Yes, you can get hoses that accept the 1 lb disposable bottles. You may need to get a regulator for that stove no matter which way you go though. If so, there are hoses and/or adapters that connect the regulator to the 1 lb bottles.
You should be able to find all the hoses you need in rubber. Just make sure it is designed for propane and you will be fine. Best place to find the hoses is a propane dealer, if they don't have it they can usually make it for you.
Ace Hardware down the road from me carries those hoses. Shortest one is 5', longest 12'. Home Depot carries them too, but I've only ever seen the 12 footers there.
Another thought - you'll actually need two hoses, since the stove needs a regulator. One from the 1# bottle to the regulator and one from the regulator to the stove.
About the camp stove falling - I drilled a hole on each side of the sheet metal shell and put a coupla long thin screws through the stove into the countertop.

You can get hoses with the regulator already attached. But like I said, just go into a propane shop and they should be able to hook you up (pardon the pun).
