International 3800 chassis bus empty weights?

I'm trying to get a handle on how much an International 3800 chassis bus weighs empty for the purposes of evaluating it for a potential project. For those who have one of these buses and know their empty weights, please post the following:
  • Empty Weight
  • GVWR
  • # Of Passengers

Extra points if you happen to have an empty weight sans seats and other stuff that usually gets tossed during a conversion. I was browsing through here and Pirate4x4 and ran across nat_ster's thread about converting a Ford B700 to a flatbed hauler:

Pirate4x4.Com : 4x4 and Off-Road Forum - View Single Post - Nat_ster's Haul All

The bus with basically no body except for the cab and nose, and about 7' of the rear frame rails chopped off weighed in at 9,500lbs. He doesn't give a year but it looks to be of 1980s or early 1990s vintage based on the grill. I'm wondering how much an International 3800 based bus might weigh if it were shortened similarly-maybe even scooting the rear axle forward 2-3' and chopping off the frame rails aft, shortening it by about 10' total.

GVWR 29,800 LBS
Totally empty weight with no seats, walls, ceiling, floors etc all removed 14,860 LBS

I plan to weight it again once the conversion is complete.
