inulation for floor

What's everybody doing for the floor. My wife and I are going to end up living full time in it and don't want to have a cold floor in the winter in Utah. I'm not sure how thick and what kind of foam board to use. Then I was thinking 3/4 inch plywood. Then grey or tan rhino lined with big rugs throughout. And I guess the same foam on the And walls I'm just unsure what everybody's done and what works.

I used 5/8 plywood and 1.5" of pink board under it.

If you will be stationary, skirting the bus works wonders.

Walls I did the same. Windows all we have are insulated curtains. Didnt do anything with the roof and thats the biggest problem. There isnt too much you can do unless you want to drill about 125,000 rivets!

We're not stationary much, just overnight and we have a Webasto and a lot of heaters in the bus so its not an issue.

LOL, you must have a BBAA. Yours only has 125,000 rivets? I think mine has about 300,000. That's one of the things I like about the Internaional I'm working on right now, almost all the steel on the inside is held in place by large screws. Your BB will be much stronger rolling down the cliff but I will still live longer with my International because I would commit suicide trying to grind down all those rivets. I wouldn't live long enough to have an accident and roll off of a cliff.

Re: inulation for floor

I was only counting every other rivet, for times sake. I messed up a few times and had to start over. ;)

I find nothing you can do to the ceiling, so that is how I left it.
