Is this bus a good deal?

I figure these posts might happen often, so I’m sorry if this is the wrong board or if this is obnoxious.
I need expert advice.
This bus came up for sale in the area to which my husband and I are moving at the end of April. He needs it gone by June. I am sending my good friend on Thursday with a list of things to check out on the bus.
Do you have any recommendations on must-haves for that list?
Do you see any major red flags?
I am so grateful for any advice possible!!!

The roof- look at the ribs that run from to back. Something's wonky.

x2 on the roof. Something likely fell on it causing it to partially collapse. Looks like it could be fixed, but just so you're aware...Beware!!!

They did some kind of weird roof raise - post says it's "two stories" in the back and 13'6". I wonder if they cut the roof off just above the windows and then jacked it up so that it slopes down from the back to the front.

"Flee like the hounds of hell are upon you" I think is the expression to use here.

What a great expression...definitely crafted for Craigslist & other classifieds. Thanks for this, it made my morning!
