It's really worthy to remove the ceiling

It finally happened!
We bought the bus yesterday and already removed all the seats and the side panels, but I need your help in deciding it is really worthy to remove the metal ceiling.
I know that the insulation would be superior, since if I do it I will use the spray foam, but I'm not completely sold in taking the metal down, maybe because all the rivets, but mostly because I don't know what to use as ceiling.

What is your experience specially about the condensation?

I would vote for removing it. I didn't think mine leaked but we've had some really heavy rain lately and I had a few seams that were leaking. I always planned on removing the ceiling but probably would have never caught the leak if I hadn't.

I agree, if it's just an RV like mine, save time and money, leave it in. If it's going to be your home, invest the time and money, you will be glad you did.
