Thanks Pied Typer and Redbear for those ideas. My plan is to have the TV swing out at the front of the bunk beds and be able to face either forward or backwards so it can be watched from the bunk room or the living room. I think a quick and easy solution for me is two eye bolts attached high on the bunks and bungee cords to stabilize and help support the weight.

.. just about anything you can imagine for mounting a TV/Monitor .. I'm not affiliated with them in any way (no spam alert) .. just a darn good source for mounts and/or ideas ..

.. this one is my preference .. it has a safety lock feature .. ... n-138.html
