Re: Liquor Cabinet

Does it sound bad if I told you that's only half of the bus booze?
We tailgate on State st across from the university golf coarse in Ann Arbor.
I'm working on a bourbon pull out under the liquor cabinet between the wine racks but hidden from " thirsty " eyes.
Since this is a tailgating bus I'm trying to find a place for everything so its not so cluttered inside. I was looking to build a overhead cabinet in the bulkhead area for glasses and booze but have since thought this might not be a great idea if we ever were to be pulled over for something! The driver does not drink so that's not an issue but still

Re: Liquor Cabinet

The cabinet looks great! And now I understand how it contains the bottles. BTW, The Macallan 12yr is up there at the top of my list of favorite Scotch. I generally don't spend that much money on a bottle of booze, but have to make exceptions for truly divine ambrosia like The Macallan. You would probably also like Glenmorangie's "Quinta Ruban". It is a doublewood aged single malt with the last years being in Port casks. That stuff is really good.

Re: Liquor Cabinet

Some classy designs here.

What does the constabulary have to say about open bottles in a moving bus?

Re: Liquor Cabinet

No open containers in reach of the driver, we have 2 police officers at our tailgate and a firemen! And no drinking going on when the bus is moving and we stay to at least midnight each Saturday and no one is really doing much drinking after dinner anyways
