That's probably going to have a Cat engine in it, either the 3116 or 3126. Perhaps the worst thing about Cat engines is you have to get parts from a Cat dealer and usually at a premium price, and during banker's hours. Good luck if you break down on a Friday evening.
I would also ask what transmission it has. "Allison Automatic" is too generic of an answer here. If the seller doesn't know, that's fair enough but if you plan to do much driving, you'll want to avoid the AT545. **CLUES** The AT545 shifter will usually be labeled "R N D 3 2 1". Look for one that may be labeled "R N D 4 2 1" (indicates a minimum of 5 speeds) or a push-button transmission shifter. Most of these buses do *NOT* have a "Park", so don't let that concern you. That's what parking brakes are for.
Get and post some pics, I'll let others chime in with their own thoughts.
