Looking at buying a 2001 Ford International

Hey everyone!

I'm looking at buying a bus and I found a Ford 2001 International with 130,000 miles on it for 2,500$. I haven't looked at this bus in person yet but the one problem with the bus I already know is that there is a broken brake line. It looks like they have taken care of the bus otherwise and seems to be a good deal. Would the brake line be something I could fix in their driveway and drive it off or would I need a tow and take it to a shop to get it fixed?

Any help is appreciated! Have a great day!
