Sink/ Shower
Passive solar water heating in summer some kind of on demand gas heater in winter

Fridge /freezer that runs on variety of sources
Possibly air conditioner
Fan on roof

Re: Looking for Floor Plans

there are plenty of plans for longer 30/'40 foot buses

It really boils down to were YOU want stuff, you are more than welcome to use a program like sketchup (free) and post multiple results for folks to give input on

Welcome by the way

IMHO, the best way to go about is to mockup all appliances and furnishings with cardboard. you will realize things like drain holes, electric runs, floorspace, etc will dictate change------------several times till ya get it right.
