Looking to do the whole entire bus in Cypress.

So down here in Florida I can get Cypress 2 x 12 for super cheap. It's almost as light as Cedar. Just trying to figure out what the total interior surface area of the bus is. Any one have some numbers about how many feet of boards they've used?

Out of curiosity, what would you be using the 2x12 for?

From the bottom of one wall to bottom of the other is roughly 18', floor is 7.5' wide. Add in the length of the build area and you can figure how many board feet you will need.

I'm guessing you mean thin stuff that covers 2" x 12"? When I hear "2x12" I think of floor joists...
