making window open out?

I've seen photos of bus conversions where the windows open out on a hinge from the top of the window, as well as the original slide up and down. Anyone know of websites or tutorials on how to do this? I've searched the web and can't seem to find any info on it.

Those are simply the factory installed emergency escape windows.

id love to have a couple that would fit a carpemter... I want one right behind the driver so I can open a window without having to stop... i can make a latch-open system for it similar to that of a van window..

windows

I had no idea they were factory installed. Maybe down the road I'll switch a few out on my short bus. Thanks for the info.
