Mini Split Confusion

So, I'm beyond perplexed. I'm living on these boards reading all I can, and I get confused on some of the Cooling/Heating options.

I'm sold, on the mini splits that do AC/Heating, and understand that it will suck power from me, and that I might need to run a generator.

First. My goal. 200 square foot area on a bus to be cooled and heated. I will be running mostly a 12v system, and the only 110 pieces would be the AC and some personal devices. Not sure if propane is a good option, but my current focus in on the following...

So, i have two questions, and I seek the advice of you fine people.

1. What is the difference between these two units?

9K BTU inverter split-heat pump for 700
KSIN009-H119 9000 BTU Mini Ductless Split AC - Heat Pump

9K BTU inverter AC-hear for 1K
Thermocore T125S-H109 9000 BTU Ductless Split heat pump 24.5 SEER

2. If I have a 12v battery bank, how much power will a unit like below draw from it? is there a simple calculation I could use to help do the conversion? (i know outside temp, etc, will influence power drawl but I'm looking for ballpark)
