NC Conversion Requirements

Good morning,

I’ve done a bit of googling as well as looking on here but not able to find what I’m looking for. I’ve gutted and have begun the sub floor of my 7 window skoolie but I’m trying to find a list of requirements that N.C. demands when changing the title from school bus to RV. Is there a consolidated list to work off of by chance? Or is it pretty standard state to state?
