I had similar prob on my 01 saf t liner. It was a complex problem to solve. Post a pic of what you are looking at. My labels were not correct, but after long enough with a volt meter I traced the whole thing out and it is working again.

You can do this all for me outside if you want.

Those bolts at the top left and right of the panel come out and then the whole panel folds down and out so you can access the backside from the outside.

It’s pretty hard to tell from what you’ve got going on but I can tell you for sure if your bus is like mine, that one of those wiring harnesses on the backside of the middle panel is supposed to go up to your drivers heat and defrost

Three wires if I remember right. Fed by a series of fuses and relays.

Should be in the bundle that goes diagonally up and to the right.

We have an 04 Saf T Liner, schematic on the back of my panel door. It does include the defrost.

Have it here, maybe the same?

In the pic I can see the diagram on the door, is that's not enough Thomas sent a link to my mechanic to download from their archives. Maybe get a mechanic to make a call for you

I have the PDF for 98-99 if you want, don't know if it'd be the same
