New conversion starting

Hello all I am starting a conversion on a 1984 MCI MC-9 this weekend here is a beginning picture

Once all the seats are out I want to lay out my floor plan. Roughly it will be bunks in the very back on each side of the isle. Then a full murphy bed across from the bathroom shower and stacked washer dryer. Then kitchen/dinning and living room in the front.

I plan on using 2/12,000 BTU mini-split heat pumps on in the front and one in the very back. A Rinnai tankless water heater, a full size fridge and a 20" apartment gas range.

I will be mostly stationary for a few years will i go back to college, so I'm not worrying about storage tanks right now. Just looking for a way to make this a livable home for myself my wife and our 3 kids and our large German-shepard.

Just looking for advice and tips. Tell me if I'm stupid its all good.
