What is the purpose of the rigs that are posted private coach not for hire signs,?? Any necessary relevance??? Thanks

Yes, they are not registered as a commercial vehicle and therefore can not accept payment for its use, and therefore not required to maintain a CDL license. I always thought they were just privately owned vehicles that didn't want to rent out their personal vehicles.
