paint interior ceiling & walls before foam?

We're about to insulate with spray foam. I'm hesitating for a moment in hopes of an experienced thought or two. Is it worth a coat of paint on the walls and ceiling prior to foam? Seems like it couldn't hurt & may help seal and add a bit of insulation & extra vapor barrier. I've noticed some converters have done it, others have not.

Our bus is well sealed as it came. No rust or leaks from the ceiling. Is it overkill? I'm leaning toward doing it.

thx

Is the metal bare? If so would be inclined to paint it first

The shop I used said it didn’t matter. Foam would make airtight bond. Might want corroboration, but that’s what they said.
