I had to chuckle at his description:

"We’re willing to bet if you’re reading this listing looking for an ICP sensor, it’s probably not the first time you’ve replaced it. Don’t make a decision based on the lowest price, because we can guarantee you’ll replace it again. With a Zibbix 7.3L ICP Sensor, you can expect a “set it and forget it” product that will give you the peace of mind that you’ve installed a sensor that is an even higher quality product than if you had replaced this sensor with an OEM sensor from the dealer. Zibbix ICP sensors are backed by an industry leading 5 year warranty – that’s 3 years longer than a replacement ICP sensor from the dealership… Your buying decision is an easy one. Zibbix, Sensors You Can Trust.™"

He is by far the cheapest, so should you avoid him by his recommendation?

Hilarious. I can't see this thing going bad, so.... But that sounds dubious at best. Either that or is a bad English translation
