Problems! Rivets in L-Track! Help!

Howdy everyone, so I've got this issue with the seatbelt track in my bus (above and below the windows). The tracks are lined with serious steel rivets. Iv'e gotten off a portion using an angle grinder, crowbar, hammer and chisel, but butchered the frame a bit in the process (sheet metal of course too, but that's coming off anyway).
Is there any easier and less destructive way of doing this? I came across one other thread on the subject, but it was a little different, no rivets, and no solid answers So I hope ya'll don't mind that I created this new thread
By the way, she's a 2003 Chevy Express Shorty manufactured by Collins, just got it for $2150 at 66,000 miles! Im new here btw so hey der! Greatly appreciate this awesome site

Punch out the mandrel in the center and drill them.

A cutting torch works well but have a firewatch happening and extinguisher handy. Ventilate the bus and they are outta there.

Thank you guys Bought a pin punch this morning and BAMM! Mandrels went straight through, then a 15/64inch drill bit and the heads came right off. So much easier than destroying my poor bus with that crowbar..
Now onto the floor tracks with the hex head bolts. Should be able to get the floor, walls, and ceilings up tommorow!
