The air bubble will move through the system and will most probably need to be bled out of the front heaters. There is a bleed screw to do that somewhere towards the top of the heater core to do that.
You may just luck out and not have that happen but if it does, it isn't a big deal.
The less coolant you leak the less probability you will have an air bubble that won't work it's way through.
