Rent

Im wondering what the average cost to park for a few months
Situation..parked at a friends place (nice spot) and I am hooked up and using there internet (poor signal, getting a booster soon) and hydro which is pretty much nothing most of my plugs are 12v and for heat its propane or fire.
and I do help out..just not as much cuz I have a job.
So what would be considered fair??

Neither of us can come up with what I should pay?

columbus Ohio , Covered and paved U-haul facility with 20 amp electric, $100 / month. since I have 3 spaces and an indoor storage unit (for work) they give me a 15% bulk discount now. so im paying ab it less than I was..

they claim you arent supposed to work on stuff there.. but ive swapped bus trannies, rear gears, etc.. there are a couple others there rehabbing their classic motorhomes.. and the ice cream truck guys are literally building their trucks there...

if you tidied up after work each day, who could complain? - hopefully, some lazy slob doesn't spoil that for you and others
