So who has used a rust converter, what brand did you use, are you satisfied with it and would you recommend it?

Well I just did today used Ospho that I bought at Lowes

Many of the rust converters are just phosphoric acid which turns rust (iron oxide) to iron phosphate which is a very good paint base.
