Look at the blind, one sided source. Of coarse they disagree.

Yup.

With their federal restrictions on barrel length and capacity, the Canadians on the gun forums are all really jealous of us.

Nat, I've been all over the place...

You don't sound like you leave your shed nearly enough, or for long enough, to know much about the rest of the world.

The NRA didn't write those articles, they are all are links to the actual newspaper stories around the country. It may not fit with your ideology but armed people stop a lot of crime down here in the USA, and those are just the stories that got printed. We all know how the MSM likes to ignore anything pro gun.

Sorry Nat, gotta disagree with you on this one. I know of several instances where a gun has stopped something from happening. One of them involved me and there won't be an article about it. Several others involved friends. You won't read about them either. Then there was the one time I was woken up in the middle of the night by my chickens. When I went out there I found a opossum in the coup with my chickens. I took care of it with a .22. I surely hope you didn't want me to climb in there wrestle with the bugger to get him out. Not everyone that owns a gun is trying to extend the length of their unit.
