Sewage

Is it possible to run sewage lines straight from the skoolie to the sewer at an RV park without Black and Grey water tanks?

Yes, but why? By doing that, you've made your bus into a non-mobile "mobile home". Kinda pointless.

I'll only be at RV parks for awhile. I plan on adding tanks but needed a quick solution until i could get to it.

You could do a combined black/gray tank. I would be concerned that solids might not make the full trip out and down... Even with a home type flush toilet. In your house the toilette is usually right off the main stack, in a bus you couldn't get your toilette to line up with the dump station at every location. You would have a longer horizontal run.
With a tank you can add water and flush the whole tank several times if there is a hanger.
