It's actually a Detroit Deisel, and it won't start.

Tryna jump it with assorted tools right now.

Yeah we're trying to jump it with a deisel cummins.

Is the Detroit Deisel a good engine? I thought it had a cummins..

Well we drove it around today! Ugh the batteries were dead and I had to have AAA come jump the starter and stuff it took forever and these other two guys were there interested as well and my offer of 1k has been surpassed. :/ I don't see the bus as a serious possibility right now but I am still hopeful.

It is unfortunate that you did not get that Crown. Keep looking as they are around. I doubt you will find one for the asking price of $1,000. By the way, what did it actually go for?
