Has anyone used or heard of a shuttle bus conversion? Good idea bad idea?
By the way We’re new here and will do an introduction a bit later.
Thanks

I know of several. Most don't last long. Short term fleet vehicles. They certainly don't get an overhaul of its going to be sold. Where as my bus did.

Love my shuttle bus. Easy to get parts and easy to find mechanics to work on it in the rare occasion it needs work.

They don't rust. They weigh less, don't get as hot, and seem to always have high headroom and highway gearing. Only real downside I've noticed is building and attaching things to fiberglass. It's easier to replace school bus windows with metal then replace a shuttle window with fiberglass

That’s cool. I never thought of that. It would be lighter.
