Shuttle bus emergency exit windows leaking...?

Hey guys...

Well got my roof seam leak fixed... but now I've found that 2 of the emergency exit windows are leaking. They are leaking between where the window folds out (has release levers on both sides.. large hinge on top.. whole window folds out). Water is coming in between the fold out portion and the frame.

Is there some form of gasket for these style windows? Its not leaking between the window frame and body.

Thanks!

Nevermind...

Looks like it needs 3/8" peel/stick foam. What is on there now is in pretty rough shape and is more then likely the cause of the leak.
