Side window conversion

I saw somewhere that someone has a way of converting the side windows so they open from the bottom instead of the top. Sadly, I didn't bookmark the page.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks for the link. I watched it and it does give me SOME pointers. But, my side windows are held in place by four clamps each, so removal won't be as involved as his Bluebird.

Because the top down version keeps sliding down.

Don't they stop at the notches?

When I was a kid, I rode a bus that the notches in one of the windows were worn out. It always slid down to the first good notch, about one and a half inches down. SUCKED in the early morning winter.

Anyhoo, here's a link to the thread you were asking about: http://www.skoolie.net/forums/f10/mo...tom-11292.html

They stop at almost all of the notches. One corner keeps drooping down on several windows.

DUCT TAPE TIME!
