Skoolie leaks
Hey all.
I'm converting a 1999 3800 International 11 window dognose with an Amtran body. I cannot seem to stop water from leaking in. I've already removed, caulked, and replaced all side windows, but after a hard rain, the leaks are back. Any suggestions? Thanks...

Put some packing tape over the gray rubber gasket at the bottom of the window, where the glass sits in the frame. Then spray it down, or wait for rain, and see if that doesn't stop the leaking.
We went through the exact same thing.....removed and sealed windows and everything....before we figured out that the problem was that rubber gasket (what would be window glazing in a house window) had sort of dry rotted. That allowed water to migrate into the bottom of the aluminum window frame and it then flowed to the bottom corners where it emptied into the bus. We'll eventually cover these gaskets with seam sealer, but we've not gotten around to it yet. Still have the weathersealing tape.

Welcome to the nut house!
Photos of the source, and not the result, may prove more helpful to diagnosing it's ailment.
If you've recaulked/replaced your windows, and they went back in where they started, then your incursion may be thru the roof.
Check for popped rivets, open seams, anything screwed or othetwise attached to the roof that may have opened the sluice gates.

I seem to have stumbled into Dynatron 550 entirely by accident but I'm completely happy with it so far. Early on, I unnecessarily removed one of my rear-most windows, then put it back and sealed with D550, and then I ended up having to remove it again. And holy hell was it tough to get it loose the second time, nearly tore the window apart in the process. Autozone seems to have the cheapest price but they usually only have one or two tubes if any, so I find myself stopping at random Autozones that I happen to be passing by to buy any they have.

when i had my interior gutted i put lawn sprinklers on the roof and on the sides of the bus turned them on in the morning and went to work came home in the afternoon and chased leaks.
found the leaks and my grass was happy?
