Standard house type bath fans move 50 to 380 CFM (cubic feet per minute). The one you linked to is 680 CFH (cubic feet per hour) which is about 11 CFM. I think it would work just fine because it would run all the time BUT only when the sun shines.

this is solar with a ni-cad battery to allow it to operate at night or cloudy days. I think you would be happier with a vent that can operate at night. It moves the same amount of air but 24/7.
